The successful candidate will with work with local IT Delivery teams to manage application implications resulting from a planned data centre migration project, involving a number of internal and external infrastructure and security teams. The first requirement will be to establish a Terms of Reference outlining scope of change, migration roadmap and IT and Business roadmap for all internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants must be comfortable with and have proven experience in managing projects related to data centre migration, infrastructure and hardware design, software mapping, capacity management and application stabilisation.
Experience understanding application requirements and translating needs into data centre and network capacity plans
Must be able to translate and map technical data centre migration implications to the level where corresponding application environment requirements can be understood by delivery teams.


Responsibilities
• Identify and document the project scope and deliver a Terms of Reference by which planned DC migration, Infrastructure change, applications upgrade and stabilisation are to be planned and implemented
• Following Critical Path / Chain methodology, develop a clear End-to-End Program Plan based on the agreed TOR with key deliverable and milestone dates -Manage expectations of all interested parties
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives and goals for the program, gather and prioritise requirements
• Oversee all project and deployment tasks to including training requirements for delivery and support teams
• Drive towards problem resolution despite ambiguity or uncertainty
• Build relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks and focus on the solution

Competencies
• Wide technical experience of
o infrastructure projects involving virtualised servers (Citrix), iSeries, pSeries and wintel
o local and wide-area network communication
o Network / Firewall security
• Strong organizational and coordination skills along with capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Experience in design, implementation and continual support of a highly available production environment
• Proven project management, inter-personal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.

Summary
Scope of responsibility:

Business & Technical Experience & Skills
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should have project management experience in coordinating master data activities. Minimum 5 years in depth experience in SAP:
Familiar with concepts of data loading tools such as LSMW
Completed at least four full life cycle implementations within SAP ERP, with a focus on Cutover Activities
Proven project management skills as a Master Data coordinator on at least 2 previous projects.
Experience in SAP Agile methodology and ability to ensure audit documentation requirements are delivered by analysts working on data migration activities as per project timeline
Ability to work remotely with key users across Europe
Fluent in spoken and written English

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Industry certifications such as CISSP or GCIH are a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Minimum three years of security monitoring experience and incident response activities; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
• Understanding of network, desktop and server technologies, including experience with network intrusion methods, network containment, segregation techniques and technologies such as Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Protection Systems (IPS)

Systems Management:
 Ensure that the daily, weekly , monthly and yearly cycles are completed in timely and effective manner
 Ensure that the monthly interfaces with SAP are completed within the agreed schedules
 Ensure that the integrity of the system and the underlying data is maintained at all times

Service Management:
 Ensure that appropriate service standards are agreed with Users and documented
 Ensure agreed appropriate MI is produced to relevant user groups re Clarity usage
 Investigate situations where service improvements are required and identify and progress remedial action required

Service Improvement:
Identify service improvement initiatives in consultation with key User groups and progress and implement agreed initiatives.

Change Requests:
 Maintain Change Requests Order Book, and manage engagement with all parties regarding the same
 Generate and communicate management information on agreed metrics regarding all change requests to key User groups
 Co-ordinate the execution of the order book, ensuring that Development team have appropriately prioritised change requests in accordance with customer expectations – to be agreed
 Ensure all System and User testing is appropriately documented and signed off

System Roadmap
Work as part of a team in the development and rollout of a system roadmap to ensure my client is comparable with other companies utilising the Clarity on demand model and that it proactively meets the future needs of our user base.

Key Requirements of this role:

Experience
 Technical background- In-depth understanding of Clarity and its underlying structures, the inter-relationship between its different modules and the interfaces with other applications.
 Experience in Project Management

 PMP / Other project management qualification an advantage but not essential

VBA Developer Job Description:
This position will be responsible for assisting in the improvement of operating workflows by developing PC based programs that can facilitate: expense processing, NAV Preparation, reconciliations, pricing validations / comparisons, etc. In this capacity, the department members will be required to work very closely with designated individuals within the operating areas for the purpose of developing and documenting Business Requirements. Department members will be responsible for preparing documentation including functional requirements, user testing plans, schedules, test cases and procedures. In addition, department members will be responsible for effecting implementation within the requesting operating area including the training of staff who will be utilizing the developed product.

A primary responsibility will be to ensure that program development is:
• Performed in a consistent fashion following established standards
• Completed in a fashion that can be leveraged / readily modified as business needs within this activity tend to be dynamic, and
• Documented in a manner that is understandable both from a technical and user perspective in order to facilitate learning / training.

VBA Developer Skill Set:
• Expert VBA programming knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel
• SunGard knowledge a plus
• SQL knowledge a plus
• .Net or C# knowledge a plus

Responsibilities:
• Produce structured test plans based on functional and data driven requirements
• Develop comprehensive test cases to cover both UI and database level testing for both SIT and Regression testing
• Creating, executing and recording the results of test cases
• Tracking of progress of test phase and reporting to Project Manager with regular updates.
• Raise & track defects, highlight potential risks
• Ensures quality standards are maintained at all times
• Develops process improvement initiatives

Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years QA and software testing experience
• Exposure to test in a financial services environment
• Experience in interrogating SQL server databases through the use of advanced SQL queries
• Experience in testing on data migration/ data driven projects
• Testing of systems developed in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server is essential
• Experience with bug and issue management tools

Education:
