Description: IT Operator required for top Company based in Cork.

The primary purpose of the IT Operator role is to work in the Operations Centre which provides IT Services to the business areas covering Batch Scheduling, Monitoring, Alerting, Reporting, Backup & Recovery. This position involves working shift hours.

Requirements of the Role:
• Manage the batch schedule through to completion
• Ensure that all requests are processed in a timely manner without affecting online service
• Manage the resolution and escalation of alerts from the monitoring tools.
• Provide first level support if an issue arises during shift.
• Provide prompt and efficient problem analysis and solving across all platforms.


Technical Experience Required:
• Knowledge of Windows, Office and Exchange.
• An understanding of Monitoring, Capacity and Performance Management.
• An understanding of Backup & Recovery processes and technology.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service, Change and Problem management processes.
• Third level IT qualification
• Excellent PC & MS Skills in utilising Word & Excel
Familiarity with some or all of the following would be essential:

• OPC/A & TWS Scheduling Tools
• JCL
• Mainframe job control language

Description: Liquidity Reporting Manager required for top Financial Services Company based in Dublin.

The Liquidity Reporting Manager will work to make a substantial contribution to the reporting and commercial management of liquidity in the Group. This will be achieved by seeking best practice in the areas of regulatory liquidity reporting, liquidity analysis, improvement of modelling practices, tracking of funding trends and building contingent liquidity strategies. Responsibilities will include preparing written risk assessments, analysing and reporting on emerging risks, and interacting with other stakeholders on liquidity and asset/liability management practices.

Responsibilities for the role:
• Manage the development and maintenance of key Balance Sheet Analytics Liquidity reporting processes, while providing in-depth analysis of key risks and product profiles.
• Prepare daily and weekly regulatory maturity mismatch reporting. Assist in the production of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) report and prepare the LCR forecasts.
• Prepare funding and liquidity forecasts and analyse portfolio performance and valuation trends. Participate in preparing long-term Balance Sheet projections, as appropriate.
• Prepare the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and Prudential Liquidity Assessment Review (PLAR) reports on a quarterly basis. Align the point in time reports to the four year plan.
• Support the Senior Manager, Balance Sheet Analytics and Head of ALM in the development of an ILAA for the Group.
• Implement, and perform leading liquidity stress testing practices.
• Engage with Treasury Front Office and key members of Finance on key liquidity risk related matters.
• Analyse the liquidity risk inherent in all new products and significant changes to existing products.
• Manage the development and gathering of data and assumptions upon which liquidity analysis and planning can be based.
• Maintain high internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised such as assessing the conceptual soundness, evaluating reporting model assumptions and data integrity, performing outcomes analysis, and reviewing model governance and control process.
• Act as a critical point of contact for the CBI in their requirement for oversight of liquidity management.

Experience required for the role:
• Experienced in treasury products with extensive financial analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and balance sheet management techniques.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft SQL. Use of Asset Liability Management (ALM) / Banking Book systems desirable.
• Financial reporting and liquidity reporting experience and a working understanding of the dynamics between Finance and Risk Management.
• Related experience in the ALM, Liquidity Management or Balance Sheet Management discipline in a banking environment.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Understands the commercial business environment and the impact of developments on Balance Sheet dynamics.

Permanent role with Salary upto €75k.

The Job:
This individual will work in a new area and will be instrumental in the setup and implementation of automated test tools and scripts across a number of projects. They will participate in the establishment of all process and procedures and quality assurance for this area.

As an Automation Engineer, you will:
* Provide Automation based Testing
* Build, maintain, and extend regression and automation test suites & strategy.
* Be Responsible for the developing planning, execution, scheduling, and reporting of test suites
* Participate as a team member in testing, analysis, process management to identify and communicate risks.
* Respond to dynamic situations while maintaining adherence to best principals
* Build alliances with business owners, product owners, developers, and operations

* Recommend solutions to technical issues and participate in architecting solutions
* Create black and white box automated tests as appropriate
* Drive continuous improvement in test coverage and test effectiveness
* Serve as a resource in the full development cycle, end-to-end, from conception, design, implementation and testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance
* Accomplish aggressive goals and meet strict deadlines

Your qualifications should include:
* 2 -3 years in software QA, development, or configuration management
* 2 -3 years as part of a highly collaborative team of software and quality assurance engineers, product owners and the business owners
* 3 years of IT/IS experience
* Demonstrable knowledge of and hands-on experience with SQL and or SSIS would be desirable
* Strong experience with testing/debugging

Description: My Client, a top Financial Services Company based in Dublin City Centre, has a requirement for a Test Analyst with 2-3 years Testing experience.

The Test Analysts primary role will be to test financial applications through the use of procedures to develop, apply and maintain quality standards.

The Test Analyst will be part of an Independent System Test Team and will analyse, plan, coordinate and execute tests activities to ensure on time quality deliverables in a demanding environment.
Accountabilities for this role:
• Understand the purpose and requirements of new system developments. Develop a suitable test strategy for each development.
• Translate Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and all project related documentation into the creation of appropriate test plans.
• Liaise with IT partners to ensure all testing requirements are met. Provide consultancy on testing matters when they arise.
• An inquisitive nature to query other team members/IT areas on specific testing or business issues in order to build up their own knowledge

The Person will require:
• 2- 3 years software and testing experience covering various test types, in particular, Functional, End to End and Regression ideally in a system test environment.
• Experience with and a strong understanding of mortgage systems (Mainframe based technology).
Ability to run queries using SQL
• A strong understanding of software testing standards and methodologies.
• A software testing qualification such as ISEB/ISTQB.
• Excellent PC skills with a strong knowledge of MS Office products.
