Handling inbound customer calls and queries through to resolution with focus on first-time resolve
Taking ownership of calls and ensuring all steps are carried out to support a resolution with customer escalate calls upwards efficiently to next level for fast resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Deal efficiently & effectively to all customer queries whilst maintaining excellent customer service through every call at all times.
Calls will be monitored and feedback will be given to support continuous improvement with call handling. You will be responsible to effect all recommendations with always a focus on continuous improvements.
Taking appropriate responsibility to process confidential information in a secure manner
Depending on experience in role, more duties may be added to help streamline process and enhance customer satisfaction with our products and services
Keeping customer informed (KCI) in accordance with set KPIs while customer queries/escalations are being resolved.
Previous experience within a call centre / customer service environment including inbound and outbound calls, preferably within the financial services or payment processing industries would be an advantage
Performance driven, and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to work on own initiative, and to be a team player.
Communication skills - excellent verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and demeanour
Ability to work a flexible schedule (which will include shift hours with some weekend work)

You will join the Product Team and be responsible for analysing regulatory content impacts of change
The type of projects you will be working on will include:
review and development of internal risk management frameworks
responding to regulatory change across Solvency II, MiFID II, AIFMD etc., and performing gap analysis of current practices
audit of internal control effectiveness
assessment of regulatory capital management
The role will also give you the opportunity to develop strong relationships with both clients, and senior management within the firm itself.
You will need at least 4-5 years' experience in a similar regulatory environment, dealing with banking regulation
Experience in regulatory compliance within the banking sector is preferential as the bulk of work is carried out in this space.
Strong understanding of key compliance and risk issues affecting firms in the current climate, with the ability to formulate opinions and give recommendations to clients on best practice.

To fully understand and enhance the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) process.
To review and analyse the interest rate, liquidity and market risks Balance Sheet, this includes the ability to build models and conduct scenario analysis on interest rate, liquidity and market risk metrics.
To manage the calculation of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) in line with ALCO approved metrics and ensure it remains robust and fit for purpose.
To assist collateral management and identify encumbrance.
To understand and support the Customer Behaviour Analysis (CBA) for both assets and liabilities
Responsibilities of the Role:
ALCO Reporting and Analysis
To assist with all documentation in the ALCO pack
To fully understand the underlying risks (interest rate, liquidity and market risks) within the balance sheet and to highlight and identify risks and propose remedial actions.
To build/enhance models that supports the above. This will involve engaging with ERM and FP&A.
To stress models and widen understanding of stresses within business.
To ensure that stresses are continually assessed for commercial relevance and propose alternatives where required.
To monitor and report on all Early Warning Indicators designed to identify risks in Balance Sheet, liquidity and capital.
To understand CBA and work with ERM and FP&A to ensure consistent approach across all reporting and modelling.
Fully understand FTP process.
Manage FTP reporting.
Propose enhancements where required.
To identify efficiencies in collateral management.
Assess the impact of regulatory change from an ALM perspective on an on-going basis
Commercial awareness of balanced sheet risks
Finance, ALM or Risk experience at a minimum
Knowledge of Basle III & CRD IV requirements a distinct advantage.
The role holder will need to demonstrate an aptitude for resolving questions and issues of a technical nature in a risk and banking environment.
Demonstrated ability to understand and resolve Financial and/or Risk Reporting issues and questions and challenge where appropriate.
Proven ability to build and assess ALM modelling
Excellent PC skills, with the role requiring extensive use of ALM systems, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as a minimum.
This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract position with a Top Financial Services Company based in Dublin 1.

Duties and responsibilities
Provide Application support for our Trading, Investment Operations and Risk Systems
Provide supplemental support to Trading and Portfolio teams.
Troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and databases.
Provide in-depth 1st/2nd line application support for production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root cause identification and implementing preventative action
Manage production incidents, resolve independently or ensure appropriate ownership within support and development teams (including accurate logging/ detail gathered for reporting purposes).
Pro-actively identify areas where support queries can be reduced, and identify, document and potentially implement (small scale) solutions and encourage the global team to do this.
Develop and maintain relationships with users, including front office and other internal groups
Provide Operational decision support for the Trade Flows from beginning to end
. Build a competent understanding of the technical infrastructure to contribute to its future development
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate(s) would ideally have 4+ years' experience in an internal customer-facing role within the investment management industry together with knowledge of financial instruments and the workflow between front, middle and back office applications.
Strong knowledge of a trading and risk platforms would be advantageous
CFA level 1 or Equivalent Business exposure to the mutual funds industry a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Equity,Fixed Income, FX, OTC, CDS and other Trading Instruments
Full knowledge of end to end trade flows
Excellent SQL and Excel skills
