Description: Requirement for a Business Support Manager in the Management Information Area within a Large Financial Services Company in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the efficient and effective production and delivery service of an extensive range of MI reporting to support decision making process and strategic objectives of all businesses.

- Develop and encourage the team to generate ideas and implement an ongoing programme of process improvements and enhancements to streamline the reporting production while maintaining data quality
- Manage the provision and delivery of a first class service to all our customers in the accurate and timely completion of all query requests within agreed timeframes on an ongoing basis.

- Actively assess survey and report customer satisfaction levels of service and proactively manage the introduction of remedial actions to address issues if required.

- Essential Key Requirements:
- Strong people management skills and leadership skills and an ability to delegate/assign work as appropriate.

- Have a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability manage a range of competing priorities and deliverables simultaneously

- Demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving and generating solutions
- Numerically strong and excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights and commentary.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in using reporting tools Business Objects, Cognos, Brio or OLAP.
- Ability to interpret Financial / Non-Financial Data
- An IT background
