My client is looking for a BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER for a Permanent role NORTH Dublin.

The role is to lead change programmes across the organisation; working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business critical projects in a controlled, considered and measured manner in support of the organisations key business goals.
Reporting to the Operations Director the responsibilities of the Senior Business Change Manager will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
Provide a central point of contact for all change projects, both internally and with external stakeholders.
Manage the change prioritisation process to ensure that the prioritisation process is robust, transparent, fit for purpose and always considerate of the wider organisation goals.
Construct and manage project plans for designated projects, maintaining an oversight over all activities, ensuring issues and divergences from plans are escalated appropriately.
Identify and manage issues, risks and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive the full change delivery process from end-to-end (Initiation to Implementation), ensuring focus on the approved scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations.
Apply allocated resources to projects as appropriate, providing clear direction and leadership to staff assigned for the duration of the project.
Work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues to ensure efficient utilization of resources overall.
Maintain an accurate status of projects, ensuring resource effort and other costs are captured and reported in a timely manner.
Ensure project sponsors and other key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and significant issues at all times.
Ensure processes and procedures are in place to support the effective delivery of business change projects. Implement and manage an agenda of continuous process improvement within the Change Management Team to that end.
Manage any delegated budget associated with the delivery of assigned change projects, including but not limited to the specific CR budget line.
Manage communication with the various technology groups (including external suppliers) that provide services (directly or indirectly) to the business area, to ensure that related project activities in those groups are performed in line with agreed plans and budgets.
Provide consultancy support in project delivery and any area of individual expertise to the wider organisation.
Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication takes place throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure effective ICT service delivery for customers and users of the IT production systems through management of SLAs with vendors, suppliers and internally.
Skills and Experience
Currently operating as a Project Manager and/or have a minimum of 6 years experience in delivering change projects.
Excellent experience of planning and leading large/complex/multistream projects affecting multiple business departments.
Prince II or an equivalent project management qualification.
Proven ability to deliver within deadlines and manage stakeholder expectation.
Competent in use of MS Office and specifically MS Project and MS Powerpoint.
Experience managing ICT Service Delivery, and in particular the application of ITIL practices is desirable

Work with the technical and business stakeholders during projects to ensure those solutions meet business requirements.
Work in a professional manner at all times which reflects positively on the reputation of the Change Management Team and on the organisation as a whole.
Support the definition and implementation of appropriate governance mechanisms for the management of conceptual changes through to delivery.
Support the development and be responsible for the management of technical requirements documentation relating to change
Support the Subject Matter Experts in development of conceptual change through to Proposals for change.
Deliver appropriate levels of information to internal stakeholders and the client.
Work with internal partners for the assessment of compliance relating to change.
Manage appropriate SLAs with vendors
Skills and Experience
Currently operating as a Business Analyst and/or have a minimum of 4 years recent relevant experience. Previous experience in Service Delivery / Vendor Management advantageous.
Strong communicator with business users and 3rd parties including senior management and key Business Stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and questioning skills.
Ability to be logical, consistent and work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks to their successful completion
Attention to detail.
A track record of working on multiple projects concurrently, responding to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Identify opportunities for change across the business and feed them back into the PMO
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time as business needs require
Educated to degree level standard or equivalent.
5-7 years proven capability and experience in a comparable Business Analyst role.
Proven track record in project management, problem solving and achieving deadlines.
Ability to work in complex business environments.
Experienced in engaging both stakeholder and customers.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical, organisational and communications skills.
Excellent ICT skills with the capacity to maximise technology to increase efficiencies in processes and procedures.
Proven track record of project inception to close.
