Description: New Role just in, for a Security Analyst- Infrastructure
The candidate is required to have working knowledge of security principles & their application to the Network Infrastructure solutions design & implementation.
Web Application penetration testing and Application risk assessment experience is highly desirable.
The successful candidate would be responsible for:

Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities performed Daily
• Log monitoring
• Firewall Change Control Management
• Security Event Investigation
• Vulnerability Management
• Keeping up to date with relevant industry news and standards

Regular activities performed on demand where the specific daily mix varies:
• Feeding into IT Infrastructure & development projects from a security perspective
• Conducting full risk assessments using structured risk assessment methodologies & documentation of the same
• Supporting the Implementation of secure eCommerce solutions including Web Services.
• Leading security owned Infrastructure projects, which help strengthen the overall security baseline
• Performing Network, Host and Web Application penetration tests as necessary
• Develop key processes to help improving assurance and availability
• Feeding into security awareness projects
Technical Skills
The following skills are essential:
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Network & Systems Security
• In-depth knowledge of IS security principles
• Ethical hacking experience &/or Web Application Penetration Testing using a structured methodology
• Application risk analysis

The following skills are desirable:
• Systems Administration of one or more of the following Linux, Solaris, Windows 2000/2003 server administration including Active Directory and/or iSeries AS/400
• Knowledge of / experience in OWASP Guidelines a distinct advantage.
• Some background in software development
• Firewall Configuration and Management
• Exposure to Cisco PIX, Routers & Switches, Vordel XML Gateway an advantage

Qualifications
• IT related Degree or equivalent work experience
• A formal security certification such as Cisco CCNA, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, GCIH is highly desirable
• Candidate should be working towards CISSP or CISA
