One of my top clients requires an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join their infrastructure team and take responsibility for the management, support and resolution of company IT infrastructure


Job Description:
• Monitor Servers and Network Infrastructure and resolve any issues with a quick turnaround.
• Manage and deliver projects as detailed from time to time by the Managing Director
• Document and maintain IT processes and security policies.
• Support end users and resolution of any support tickets raised.
• Citrix Experience is essential for this position

Skill Set:
Microsoft Certified
Citrix Certification
Windows Server 2008
VPN & Routing configuration
5+ Years in a systems administration position

Remuneration Package:
A salary of €45-55k per annum is on offer for this position.

I am also looking for junior candidate with the same skillset and 2-3years experience €28-35k per annum

Description: 2010 vacancy for a Citrix Administrator with a strong background in Xenapp and Citrix Farms. My client has a Engineering Team in place which consists of Windows Infrastructure team but the client is looking for a Citrix Engineer with a strong Citrix background.

Skills:
- Citrix Xenapp experience
- Citrix farm experience
- General system administration knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years pure Citrix admin experience

My client is a large corporate client and the salary expectations for a Citrix Engineer is approx €40-50k per annum plus a benefits package and the role is permanent

Description: Application Support analyst required for Client in Dublin South.
Suitable candidates should have the following experience:
Previous helpdesk experience in 1st & 2nd line application support, ideally in a similar environment
A proven track record in the support of MS Office, Citrix, Open Accounts, VOIP and analogue phone systems
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
•Customer and team orientated


Main Activities and Responsibilities
•Provide support and training to administrative staff in the day to day use of systems.
•Support and advise staff when changes to practices are being considered
• Continuously monitor systems to suggest changes to use to improve efficiencies
•Support information requests
•To plan, implement and support system upgrades, patches and enhancements
•To record and monitor change requests, issues and bugs on the system.
•To be an integral part of the IT team providing application and technical support to other team members and staff
