Any expsoure to Life400, Paxus, Cloas or Capsil is highly advantageous. The core skills required are:

Have at least 2-3 years minimum experience in COBOL, DB2,CICS,
You must have knowledge of a Life Assurance system.
Possess the ability to design and develop quality software that demonstrates an understanding of the impact of application development on system performance.
Should be an enthusiastic team worker with good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be committed to achieving results and have a proven track record of delivery of change to agreed standards within agreed budgets and timescales
Should have good organizational and time management.
