Description: Permanent Role just in for a BA / PM in Dublin City Centre.
Role:
Manage the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include mainly software applications but also desktop PC’s, servers and network equipment.
Manage day-to-day IT operations and liaise with key suppliers and external developers.
Manage projects and project communication on a day-to-day basis using various tools.
Re-engineer key business processes - evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.,br>
Carry out fact-finding (structured interviews, workshops, brainstorming, document discovery; gap analysis; presenting findings, writing Requests for Proposals, etc.)
Analyse information needs and deliver the following as required: conceptual business process designs, functional and technical requirements, screen and interface designs.
Ability to illustrate processes and systems using diagrams and flowcharts.
Write test plans and perform User Acceptance Testing.
Train and support staff in various bespoke applications and others such as MS Office, RedDot Content Management System, WebEx etc;
Responsible for ensuring that the IT Support Supplier provides the required level of helpdesk and maintenance services.
You will have system administrator accountability for all systems and be required to sort out urgent needs, so some day-to-day hands-on work will be needed.
Technical Writing: Where needed, use your research, creativity and judgment to write procedures, project control documentation, implementation guidelines, training material, communications material etc. Maintain navigation paths and document maps for all systems.
Evaluate and recommend new business application ideas.
Although no software development is required on the job, development experience is an advantage especially in .NET, SQL Server 2005/2008, XHTML, CSS and XML.

Requirements/ Desirable Skills
Primary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
A minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
Experience using data and process modeling techniques and tools.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, first-rate planning and organising ability, with a keen attention to detail.
Innovative and creative in all projects.
Web 2.0 and Content Management experience.
Managed a few IT related vendors and have a full understanding of project planning and control.
Skilled in software usability and able to design screens/web pages to the highest standards of intuitiveness, learn-ability, and throughput.
Experience negotiating with and influencing company directors and suppliers’ sales account managers.
Experience managing and motivating colleagues to deliver to project timescales and quality parameters.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting services or a similar tool.

You must have the ability to analyze and interpret business needs from all levels of users within the business. Working with developers, basis administrators and technical analysts to troubleshoot and resolve SAP CRM issues. Knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules particularly sales and distribution (SD) and Business Intelligence would be a strong advantage.
