Delphi and Java Developer wanted



A great software client is Dublin is currently looking to take on 2 Developers - 1 Junior and 1 Senior.



Salary is totally negotiable depending on level of experience.



This role requires experience of delivering medium to large size applications using the following technologies.



• .net/ java programming (mandatory)

• Delphi (an advantage - but not essential, if willing to learn)

• RDBMS - Experience working with one of the following RDBs – SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 Server with a good understanding of database technologies.

• Internet technologies – Javascript, ASP, ActiveX, COM, XML, XSL, HTML, DHTML.

• Knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and technologies –Win2000, XP, IIS etc.



EXPERIENCE


• 2-5 years commercial experience in a programming or design role - Junior & Senior role open

• Involvement in medium /large application developments in a Team environment

• Structured design and development techniques

• Formal design practices – UML based or otherwise

• Taken ownership for the design and development of challenging work packages

Description: My Dublin based client is currently looking for a Delphi & Cobol Developer to join a great company in Dublin.

The successful candidate must have circa 4 years commercial experience of application software development in both Cobol & Delphi.

Also someone with good Oracle SQL / PLSQL experience would be a definite advantage
