Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will be a key member of the finance applications team and contribute to the support, configuration, enhancement, development, and implementation of the company’s ERP and finance applications suite.

Specifically, the Business Analyst will:
• Conduct business requirements gathering sessions with business;
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, recommend and drive resolutions;
• Develop and present detailed business cases to business and IT stakeholders and management;
• Prepare and revise process documentation as necessary;
• Assess and validate various technology solutions from various providers in order to document gap analysis with recommendations;
• Develop solution specifications, system configuration requirements, changes to business processes and recommendations to meet defined business requirements;
• Management client expectation and seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships;
• Train other team members through both formal and informal training sessions;

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in leadership;
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
• System integration experience with respect to master data integration among several interlaces systems;
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;
• Advanced problem solving skills required to identify solution to complex and technically challenging problems;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
• Strong attention to details with the ability to work in a conscientious, consistent and thorough manner;

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology or related field;
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in business analysis, finance or audit capacity;
• Extensive hands on experience and strong knowledge base in several of the following functional areas: Finance General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Work Order, Service Management, Project Accounting, Human Resources
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• CA, CMA and/or CISA designations will be considered as asset;
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle), financial consolidation applications (Cognos Controller, Hyperion) and/or BI concepts would be an asset;

Our Client is a leader in its field of Accounting and Business Management Software to the wholesale/ Retail Sector, distribution and SME markets throughout Ireland, UK and the rest of the world.
They are looking for an individual with a proven accounts software systems implementation background and software user training skills to join our current team of implementation consultants. They must have a proven ability to understand clients needs and to implement the ERP software system to meet with client requirements. The team is made up of professional and conscientious people that can deliver high quality services with great enthusiasm enabling our channel partners and clients gain maximum benefit from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
To take a lead within the implementation team responsible for the installation and setup of systems, and to advise both consultants and customers on the use of accounts specific software modules for their particular business.
To provide Accounts and associated applications training and demonstration including undertaking demonstrations to support pre-sale consultancy
To provide Accounts application training & consultancy for the customer.
To take responsibility within an implementation to ensure all customer documentation is completed and in particular that a pre live check list is completed and that the customer is ready to go live
To resolve, or assist in the resolution, of customer problems and queries arising from the implementation and subsequent live operation of standard or modified software at customer sites.
To attend project meetings when required, internally or with clients, to gain or impart knowledge on current status of projects and to document details when appropriate.
To assist the support function at all times on current or previously implemented systems, as and when required, by taking support calls from clients when appropriate.
To liaise with the customers to define, or help define, requirements, specifications for modifications to the soft-ware.
To assist the development team with understanding of specifications during the development of modifications and subsequently test and document developed changes.
To train colleagues in the operation of modified software, as and when required, to ensure a smooth hand over of projects to the support function.
To train the customers project team and provide knowledge transfer in the operation of modified software, as and when required.
To cover for colleagues, as and when required, in all areas where knowledge overlaps, and to undertake other such duties as may reasonably be requested.
Knowledge and Experience
 Accounting knowledge at a business level
 A minimum of 2 years experience working as a consultant for a software house or senior experience gained in the ERP implementation sector.
 Sound working knowledge of customer and business account practices, including day to day transactions, month end, year end and financial audit activities.
 Demonstrable configuration, installation and implementation experience relating to ERP Go Live’s including working knowledge of Accounting processes.
 Excellent customer service and customer facing skills to work alongside customers on and off site.
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project

The Dynamics AX Application Manager role is to lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Provide functional, technical and process leadership. Drive tactical delivery for multiple teams. Work with analysts, project managers, and business executives to understand the scope of work, priorities, and requirements for development. Work with high performing teams to deliver new capabilities in business applications and remediate issues. Manage associate/contractor development resources and enforces company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, compliance, and HR.
The ideal candidates will have:
• At LEAST 3 years & 1 implementation with Dynamics AX Development Role
• Consideration will be given to experience in other ERP solution

AX Solutions Architect / ERP Solutions Architect
Role Synopsis:
The AX Solutions ARchitect / ERP Solutions Architect will have a strong overall knowledge of both the functional and technical aspects of an ERP system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop functional and technical enhancements delivering high quality results. The role will function as a subject matter expert for application configuration and design, optimising features and system performance.
The ideal candidates will have:
• At LEAST 3 years & 1 implementation with Dynamics AX

• Experience in AX 2012 a PLUS (Although training is offered)
• Experience in Finance, Trading, Forecasting, Retail and Wholesale module

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting peer reviews for ERP application configuration design and adherence to best practices, standards, procedures and methodologies

Candidate Profile:
• Strong organisational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate a strong ability to work on own initiative
• Hold complete knowledge of the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation and knowledge of ERP software including end to end business process covering system in supply chain, financial and retail
• Experience of full scope not only in daily operations but also familiarity in BI reporting and e-commerce
• IT business analyst experience with strong SDLC
• Knowledge of finance, trade and logistics and either production or project functionality within Dynamics AX 2012 would be an advantage
• Proven project experience modifying or creating new reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical developers
• Must possess critical thinking skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic work environment
• Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems would be an advantage
