We are seeking individuals with significant consulting experience or individuals who have gained project and technology delivery experience within large recognised organisations. We are looking for Managers who can demonstrate large scale technology enabled business transformation experience to work across multiple sectors and specifically those with a strong background in programme and project management, including PMO.

As a Manager:
You will participate in and, as required, lead IT Advisory engagements
Manage financial aspects of client engagements and communicate significant issues, fees, and estimates to complete to partners and clients
Assist partners and directors with generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships
You will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities.
You will lead presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects, and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals.
Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.
You'll create clear, concise, high-quality work products and act as a subject matter resource on one or more services, leveraging knowledge and experience to shape services to client problems.
Of a respected professional you'll communicate effectively with the engagement partners and managers and work to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams, and help key staff to build sustainable competencies.
Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training ITA professionals
Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
Understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff.

Demonstrating experience in one or more of the following competencies is essential:
Application development (SDLC)
ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
Delivery of large scale business/technology transformation programmes
IT Strategy and Architecture
Enterprise Intelligence/Analytics;PMO and IT governance
IT Sourcing
IT process effectiveness and value
Understand all our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
Build strong internal relationships with in Advisory and across other services.
Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Desired Experience
Strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related area
At this Manager level, there will be opportunities to work across our focus sectors within the PI practice (Health, Utilities, Transport, Government) so experience in these sectors would also be an advantage
At least 5 years with a blue chip consulting firm or blue-chip industry/government organisation
Proven experience in business development such as client relationship management and proposal support
A strong background in large scale systems implementation, preferably ERP , r CRM or Enterprise Intelligence/Analytics systems, from planning to management of analysis, design, testing, data migration, cut-over and post implementation processes. Senior stakeholder management and communication and engagement experience is also beneficial.

My client is expanding their Advisory practice and specifically building their Performance Improvement (PI) team. Due to this expansion we are seeking to recruit high achieving individuals to be part of their growing business.
Currently we are recruiting business consultants primarily from Senior Consultant through to Senior Manager levels for the IT Advisory team.

We are seeking individuals with significant experience or individuals who have gained project and technology delivery experience within large recognised organisations. We are looking for Senior Consultants with a proven track record in delivery of complex IT related projects and programmes.

Job Specification
At Senior Consultant level, there will be opportunities to work across our focus sectors within the PI practice (Health, Utilities, Transport, Government) so experience in these sectors would also be an advantage. Strong experience with a blue chip consulting firm or blue-chip industry/government organisation.
Demonstrating experience in one or more of the following competencies is essential:

As a Senior Consultant:
You should have solid business consulting skills and be able to work consultatively on a strategic or operational level;
In addition you must have a proven track record of outstanding performance and display a high level of people and business skills;
You will be at ease with a consultative approach and looking to reach your full potential;
You will help to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers;
You will participate in presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects;

As a respected professional you'll communicate effectively with the engagement partners and managers and work to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams, and help key staff to build sustainable competencies; and

The Senior Consultant specific role will vary depending on the project and the sector. In line with the above specification, typical activities would include the following:
To support delivery of the IT element of large business transformation programmes;
To support delivery of IT Transformation Programme e.g. IT Sourcing, Strategy etc;
Solve business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming;
Use business analysis techniques to support problem solving;
Understand all our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients; and build strong internal relationships with in Advisory and across other services.

Education
Strong academic record including a third level degree in a business or IT related area

We are currently seeking to recruit an ERP Solutions Architect to join our IT team. This is a full-time position based at our Head Office and reports directly to the Head of IT, Logistics and Service Delivery.

AX Solutions Architect / ERP Solutions Architect
Role Synopsis:
The AX Solutions ARchitect / ERP Solutions Architect will have a strong overall knowledge of both the functional and technical aspects of an ERP system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop functional and technical enhancements delivering high quality results. The role will function as a subject matter expert for application configuration and design, optimising features and system performance.
The ideal candidates will have:
At LEAST 3 years & 1 implementation with Dynamics AX
Consideration will be given to experience in other ERP solution
Experience in AX 2012 a PLUS (Although training is offered)
Experience in Finance, Trading, Forecasting, Retail and Wholesale module

Responsibilities:
Lead a project team driving best practices and guidance to integrate and improve methodologies and user experience
Work closely with the Programme Manager to ensure that all deadlines related to the technical aspects of the ERP implementation are achieved
Responsible for conducting peer reviews for ERP application configuration design and adherence to best practices, standards, procedures and methodologies
Configure and test ERP system module configurations to ensure delivered solutions meet the business functional requirements
Work closely with the Technical Team to build hardware sizing requirements
Work closely with the Development Team to create requirements documents that will be used by developers for customising our ERP system
Monitor development and release activities to ensure development guidelines are being followed
Promote development objects during build and ensure testing are complete
Document environment specifications
Communicate ERP implementation environment methodology to the IT team
Build and or copy new environments as needed
Engage the project team and end-users to architect and develop gap/fit solutions
Configure our ERP system to enhancement or automate business processes

Candidate Profile:
Strong organisational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Demonstrate a strong ability to work on own initiative
Hold complete knowledge of the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation and knowledge of ERP software including end to end business process covering system in supply chain, financial and retail
Experience of full scope not only in daily operations but also familiarity in BI reporting and e-commerce
IT business analyst experience with strong SDLC
Knowledge of finance, trade and logistics and either production or project functionality within Dynamics AX 2012 would be an advantage
Proven project experience modifying or creating new reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
Act as a liaison between business users and technical developers
Must possess critical thinking skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic work environment
Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems would be an advantage
