Overview:
Excellent Irish SME Consultancy firm is looking for a Project Manager (ERP). You must have a qualification in Project Management and have a proven track history in ERP Implementation projects. The role will involve much travel abroad so ideally you will be based in Dublin or Cork.

Job Description:
Qualifications / Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Managed at least one significant multi-site ERP implementation involving a large project team.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence people at all levels in large organisations.
• A good knowledge of the principles of supply chain management and/or accounting.
• A formal project management qualification.
• The combination of drive and organisational acumen essential to deliver complex projects on time and budget.
• Must be able to travel abroad (3 days minimum per week) and ideally live in Dublin or Cork as due to access to the main Irish Airports.
Skill Set:
Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2/ PMP) is desirable.

The successful person will manage the product life cycle of globally marketed software products sets. This role is strategic in nature and you will support the tactical efforts of other parts of the organization in producing, marketing, and selling new and existing products.
Responsibilities of the Product Manager
• Define and execute the strategy for your assigned product portfolios.
• Understand the demand dynamics in the markets in which your products are sold. This includes working with customers, prospects, partners, awarding bodies and influencers, and sales staff.
• Create and own the product roadmap and marketing roadmap for each of your product portfolios.
• Represent the product line at conferences and other external forums.
• Develop and update a business plan for each product portfolio on an annual basis.
• Work closely with other teams to execute business plan and achieve your portfolios’ revenue and profit margin targets
• Develop and present business cases for investment in new product development for your portfolios
• Develop new product ideas based on industry knowledge and on-going interface with stakeholders

• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Strong technical background with good business judgment

Skill Set:

Description: New Requirement - Just In

JD Edwards / ERP Business Analyst

This is a permanent role – based in Germany (are you open to relocating) ???

Preference is to have someone with JD Edwards experience however my client will also look at good SAP Business Consultants with either FICO, SD / MM experience.



Primary Function: Support business processes, resolve tickets and successfully manage ad hoc ERP projects


Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

•Support users/key users in functional areas through an established Service Desk / ticketing system
•Analyse data to determine root cause of errors, problems
•Manage small projects for continued business process improvement

•Implement training and system configuration requirements for appropriate areas

•Configure J.D. Edwards according to the established business model

•Develop functional requirements (change requests) for system enhancements

•Work closely with developers for agreed enhancements and additional reports

•Develop application scripts to assist with train the trainer programmes and end user training

•Document existing process flows


Other duties as assigned


Education and or Experience/Qualifications:


•Degree qualified or at least degree calibre

•Prior experience in Oracle J.D. Edwards World (A7.3 or higher) and/or Enterprise 1.0 (Xe or higher) – not essential! SAP experience is relevant

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

•Self-motivated with ability to organise projects and report status and progress

•Able to travel and work effectively in a remote situation with all levels of the organisation
