Description: My client is a large US multi-national who has a multi-lingual IT Support Centre in Dublin, Ireland. The role is to work directly with a large US Corporate multi-national Company in a permanent role, they don't want to use the outsourcing model used by other companies. This is a great opportunity for a Technical French Speaking candidate with a technical background to work for a client directly. They are looking for a fluent French/ English speaker with an IT background/ qualification. The role is permanent and the benefits package is strong (Includes - Bonus/ 25 days leave/ pension/health cover etc)
- 1-2 years years experience with fluent in the languages required: 26-28k per annum plus benefits
- 2-4 years experience with fluent in the languages required: 30k plus per annum plus benefits

Specific Role & Responsibilities
The Service Centre Analyst will be expected to:

•Respond to users requests for information and assist in problem resolution.
•Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems.
•Continual follow up with site support teams and co-workers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
•Develop in depth knowledge of IT support tools for monitoring and reporting.
•Represent IT Service Center to project teams for assistance in determining impact of related projects.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business) OR equivalent related work experience.
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Information Technology.
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting MS Operating Systems and products (2000, XP).
•Native French with fluent English.
•Ability to work early mornings and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Work experience in a technical call center / help desk.
•A+ certified.
