Overview:
My client is setting up a European Support Centre in Ireland in 2012 and is looking for candidates that speak fluent German and English. This is a great opportunity for German Speaking candidates with a strong technical background.

Job Description:
The role is a permanent position based in Dublin and an excellent salary package is on offer for candidates with the right skills.
Specific Role & Responsibilities

•Become an expert on the company’s services and products
•Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems.
•Continual follow up with site support teams and co-workers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
•Relay customer requests to business and development teams.

Skill Set:
Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business) OR equivalent related work experience.
Minimum of two (1-2) years of experience software support experience
•Fluent German and English
•Work experience in a technical call center / help desk.

Beneficial Experience:

•Experience with web technologies(HTML, CSS, etc)
•Knowledge of database technologies

Description: My client is set up a new IT multi-lingual Service Support Centre in Ireland in 2011. There is a new role open on the German team. This is a great opportunity for a Technical German Speaking candidate with a technical background to work for a client directly. The role is permanent and the salary guide is between 25-30k per annum plus an attractive benefits package.
Specific Role & Responsibilities
The Service Centre Analyst will be expected to:

•Respond to users requests for information and assist in problem resolution.
•Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems.
•Continual follow up with site support teams and co-workers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
•Develop in depth knowledge of IT support tools for monitoring and reporting.
•Represent IT Service Center to project teams for assistance in determining impact of related projects.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business) OR equivalent related work experience.
•Minimum of two (1-2) years of experience supporting MS Operating Systems and products (2000, XP).
•Native German with fluent English.
•Ability to work early mornings and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Work experience in a technical call center / help desk.
•A+ certified.

Description: Native German speaker required for Excellent Permanent Customer Services Role with Top Financial Services Company based in Dublin City Centre.
The Job:
The job holder will play a key role in providing high quality customer service and business support through the delivery of standard products and services and also through the initiation and implementation of new initiatives which will enhance customer satisfaction and the efficiency of work practices in the company.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the successful applicant will:
• Have a fundamental understanding of clients products and procedures.
• Provide a high level of administration support on business and system issues to each client through their different interfaces and languages with services.
• Monitor, report and rectify any errors that may occur in each client company’s daily transactions.
• Respond promptly to emails, correspondence, telephone calls and technical queries from clients, distributors and policyholders (this role may include direct contact with agents and policyholders in German).
• Provide telephone support during agreed hours
• Prepare training manuals and provide user training (if required)
• Quality check outgoing policyholder documentation and incoming policyholder requests (i.e. in German language)
• Ensure that all contracted administration services are delivered within the predetermined time frames agreed with clients.
• Advise management of any issues that are critical to the delivery of the service and to ensure that exceptions are appropriately escalated
• Help implement manual solutions while system functionality is being developed.
• Help test new system development to ensure it meets business needs.
• Test and document the operating effectiveness of departmental controls.
• Participate in project work where necessary

The Person:
It is essential that the potential jobholder has experience in international life assurance, financial or customer services and mostly all of the above areas.
They will also have:
• An ability to work in a small flexible team operating to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• A strong customer service orientation
• It is essential that the potential jobholder be able to process requests based on receipt of German language documentation and deal with German customers.
