Support the delivery of business-critical BI/reporting role-based dashboards and tools to drive improved commercial performance
Support activities within the measurement, analysis and optimisation of products and platforms
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets e.g. identifying patterns in customer behaviour as part of CRM segmentation model creation/optimisation, extracting insights towards which segments drive increased profit/revenue
Execute detailed, exploratory quantitative analyses that translates data into actionable recommendations that drive improved commercial performance
Using analytics identify inefficiencies in the current business model/processes and support the implementation of solutions to those inefficiencieS
Interpret, document and present data-driven commercial insights to support business decisions relating to the management of clients so as to ensure increased longevity, transactional behaviour and profitability
