Description: My Dublin City Centre based client are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst, this is a perm role and you must speak fluent Italian and English.

The Role
•Identify, evaluate, coordinate and execute IT project plans and activities as defined by the business.
•Liaise with internal and external auditor, closing off action points applicable to the ICT infrastructure, as delegated by the up-line.
•Coordination of team activities and staff as delegated by Department Head.
•Manage and resolve user support request with the assistance of other team members.
•Manage, review and check Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, under the direction of the Department Head.
•Assist with the documentation and maintenance of ICT systems and processes.
•Management of the day-to-day operations of the ICT infrastructure as delegated by the up-line.
•Training and development of other team members as delegated by the Department Head.
•Provide support and cover as necessary for colleagues.
•Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
•Encourage risk management awareness amongst the department.
•Provide support and cover as necessary for up-line.
•Liaise with external providers of products and services, as delegated by the up-line
•Other activities, permanent or temporary, as delegated by the up-line

Requirements
•The successful candidate will preferably have a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
•Excellentunderstanding of Microsoft, VMware and Cisco infrastructures.
•Extensive experience using Microsoft Office, Visio and Project.
•Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Italian. The candidate must have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and external customers and service providers.
•The candidate needs to be highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks while at the same time keeping abreast of the various projects under their control. The individual will also need to have the flexibility and adaptability that goes with working in a company with a small number of employees.

The Candidate
This position is suited to someone who has previous experience of business analyst duties within a financial service company. The candidate must be numerate, IT literate (Microsoft office skills are a minimum) and must demonstrate a methodical and diligent approach to tasks. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, concern for quality and accuracy and be able to work to strict deadlines.
The candidate must be able to work independently and also as part of a small team, under close supervision. The candidate will also need to have the flexibility and adaptability that goes with working in a company with a small number of employees.

The role is to work directly with a large US Corporate multi-national Company setting up their own direct Service Centre as they don't want to use the outsourcing model. Please note: These roles are not with HP or IBM etc in case you already work there. This is a great opportunity for a Technical Italian Speaking candidate with a technical background to work for a client directly. They are looking intially for 3-4 fluent Italian/ English speakers with an IT background/ qualification. They are all permanent roles
