- Servers, PC's, Laptops, Printers,
- MS Exchange 2003/2008, Windows Server SBS 2003/2008/ 2011, Active Directory, Anti-virus solutions, Hosting solutions, MS Office
- Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Remote Access Servers
•Customer account management
•Other ad-hoc duties

•The primary function of this position is to support the ICT help desk technical support function . Support will vary from desktop support to core infrastructural systems including, network (access layer), wireless network, corporate backups, core applications, AD (2003), Exchange (2007), ISA (2006), SQL (2005) from and end users side, vSphere 4.0, security system including AV, end point encryption, e-mail and web filtration systems.

•Configuring end point devices including printers, scanners, mobile devices, , audio visual equipment and a wide range of other equipment.

•Working with other ICT support staff, ICT project staff, other departments’ staff, vendors and a wide range of contractors. Communication and the ability to work on one’s own initiative is imperative.
