PHP Developer Job Description:
The ideal person will have at least four year's experience developing web-based applications using PHP/MySQL. Our core development is in PHP but ideally your skills should also extend to having other strong programming capability e.g. Javascript and Ajax, coupled with substantial appreciation for OOAD.

You should feel comfortable getting to grips with large systems quickly and have strong analytical skills. You should also be capable of taking responsibility and ownership of tasks and developing systems/components to tight deadlines and to high quality. You should have excellent communications skills, be comfortable with changing business requirements and have a great ability to interact with and understand a user’s requirements.

You should be a very energetic, team player, that knows how to produce very good documentation and appreciates its value but most importantly of all, you should love to code.

PHP Developer Skill Set:
Requirements:
• 4 + years experience in PHP development
• Experience in Zend Framework or other MVC framework essential
• Experience in MySQL
• Familiarity with Doctrine, Propel, Active Record, DAO, or other ORM framework
• Experience with SOAP and ReST web services
• Knowledge of unit testing
Advantages:

Description: I am looking to hire an experienced Developer with experience developing IP Telephony Applications / Voice applications.

Position involves development of voice services and applications. Responsible for development of reports and report delivery, automation of phone and device configuration, customer portal development, as well as integration to and optimization of IP Telephony applications.

Candidates should be proficient with SQL, and one of the following: Java, ASP.net, PHP, VB.net, or AXL Soap. Candidates would preferably also have experience with voice application-related development.
Experience with Cisco IP Telephony products or Cisco API's is a plus. Experience with Python scripting, XMPP, XML, Desktop Video solutions, and mobile device application programming are also very beneficial.
