Description: My Dublin based client currently requires a Portuguese Technical Support Engineer to join their existing team in a permanent position.
Portuguese Technical Support Engineer Aspects of the Role:
My client is seeking a Portuguese Technical Support Engineer experience to join their Dublin-based team.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
1. BS Computer Science or equivalent experience

2. At least 2 years of progressive experience diagnosing and resolving problems in software environment.

3. Experience providing direct support to external customers.

4. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software solutions, ideally Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA applications

5. Excellent organizational skills -ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects cross-functionally

6. Superior communications and ability to interact effectively with all levels of professional staff. Ability to explain complex concepts simply.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner.

8. Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following additional areas a plus: Database technology (SQL); Web technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP)

9. Familiarity with SaaS solutions a plus

10. Fluency in the Portuguese Language
