Overview:
Excellent Irish SME Consultancy firm is looking for a Project Manager (ERP). You must have a qualification in Project Management and have a proven track history in ERP Implementation projects. The role will involve much travel abroad so ideally you will be based in Dublin or Cork.

Job Description:
Qualifications / Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Managed at least one significant multi-site ERP implementation involving a large project team.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence people at all levels in large organisations.
• A good knowledge of the principles of supply chain management and/or accounting.
• A formal project management qualification.
• The combination of drive and organisational acumen essential to deliver complex projects on time and budget.
• Must be able to travel abroad (3 days minimum per week) and ideally live in Dublin or Cork as due to access to the main Irish Airports.
Skill Set:
Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2/ PMP) is desirable.

Key Activities:
• Development on new queries, reports and web templates

Essential Qualifications:

• Act as a recognised SME for my client manufacturing processes and corresponding SAP functional solutions (PP, QM, WM)
• Use SAP and business process knowledge to lead the design and development of SAP MFG functional solutions to business problems
Primary responsibilities Include:
1) Lead MFG Sustain Activities
• Responsible for the MFG incident resolution process (representing Level 2 in the Sustain Model) in accordance with my client SLAs and their operating principles
• As part of the incident resolution process, the business analyst will need to work as part of a virtual team (including global COE, business super-users and off-shore delivery teams)
• Monitors established KPIs to measure and report on SLA/OLA performance, identifying and monitoring opportunities for improvement.
• As appropriate, identify key problem areas within SAP MFG solution (process and system) and after identification of root-cause, develop corresponding action plans to address
• Key functional contact for MFG regression testing, leading the development and validation of documented RT scenarios
• Under guidance of my client Sustain Lead, work with all relevant stakeholders to define and drive continuous improvements in the Sustain processes and procedures

• Under direction of MFG Solutions Lead, work with super-users to thoroughly detail and document requested enhancements, including business requirements definition and functional specifications
• Liaise with offshore development team as required to ensure requirements are well understood
• Support integration testing of new enhancements as required
• Support the delivery of enhancements as releases that are coordinated by the Change Manager, liaising as necessary with colleagues to ensure that interdependencies with major projects and other functional areas are identified
