Description: SAP Analyst required in Dublin North
Due to the implementation of the SAP project, the temporary position of SAP functional support within the IT Department has now been created. The main responsibility of this function is end user support for day-to-day issues with SAP. The ability to troubleshoot, document and communicate the solution to the end user is a key responsibility for the role.
This role is a 6 months fixed term contract.
Job Description

◦Manage SAP help desk
◦Troubleshooting user problems:
◦Answering end-user questions.
◦Analysis of data to identify problems or recommend preventive action.
◦Walk end-users through resolution for problems over the phone, via e-mail and in person.
◦Documenting solutions.
◦Transfer of knowledge to users.
◦Report writing (Crystal Reports)
◦User training
◦Updating training documentation
◦Delivering training
◦Involvement with testing and validation procedures
◦Researching/ troubleshooting problems, and batch job coordination.
◦Proactively collaborate with various business areas that impact FICO-related activities.
◦Assisting with SAP projects
◦Other ad hoc duties as they arise.

The ideal candidate should have the following module experience:

◦SD (Order Processing, Billing, Transport Order, Shipment, EDI Processing etc.)
◦MM (Procurement, Inventory Management etc.)
◦PP (MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing etc.),
Experience with ◦FICO (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Profit Center Accounting), ◦QM (Batch management, Quality Inspection)
and ◦WM (Pick/Pack, material staging).
