Job Description:
• Lead SCM incident resolution process in accordance with my client and their International ( operating principles
• Act as a recognised SME for my client supply chain processes and corresponding SAP functional solutions (SD, MM)
• Use SAP and business process knowledge to lead the design and development of SAP SCM functional solutions to business problems
Primary responsibilities Include:
1) Lead SCM Sustain Activities
• Responsible for the SCM incident resolution process (representing Level 2 in the Sustain Model) in accordance with my clients SLAs and operating principles
• As part of the incident resolution process, the business analyst will need to work as part of a virtual team (including global COE, business super-users and off-shore delivery teams)
• Monitors established KPIs to measure and report on SLA/OLA performance, identifying and monitoring opportunities for improvement.
• As appropriate, identify key problem areas within SAP SCM solution (process and system) and after identification of root-cause, develop corresponding action plans to address
• Key functional contact for SCM regression testing, leading the development and validation of documented RT scenarios
• Under guidance of my client Sustain Lead, work with all relevant stakeholders to define and drive continuous improvements in my client Sustain processes and procedures
• Support my client Sustain Lead as required in successfully managing collaborative relationship with my client’s global SCM customer-base, including regular interaction with super-users/functional managers and frequent reporting on Sustain SCM performance.
2) Support SCM Solutions Activities
• Support SCM Solutions Lead as required in business process (re-166engineering discussions to help drive best-in-class SAP SCM solutions
• Under direction of SCM Solutions Lead, work with super-users to thoroughly detail and document requested enhancements, including business requirements definition and functional specifications
• Liaise with offshore development team as required to ensure requirements are well understood
• Support integration testing of new enhancements as required
• Support the delivery of enhancements as releases that are coordinated by the my clients Change Manager, liaising as necessary with colleagues to ensure that interdependencies with major projects and other functional areas are identified.
Skill Set:
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of the relevant SAP ECC modules (SAP SD, SAP MM and OTC processes) and broad knowledge of integration points with other SAP module (e.g. MM, WM) and systems (e.g. BI, XI)
• Minimum 4 years of SAP Support and/or deployment experience, preferably within a global, multi-national environment
• Experience working in a multi-national company and/or a multi-cultural environment is highly desirable
• Experience in working with off-shore delivery models and teams
• Solid understanding of relevant OTC e2e processes (e.g. Customer Services, Planning & Inventory Management, Global Customs & Trade, Procurement, Distribution, etc)
• Tools (MS Office, Solman, HP OVSD, HP QC)
• Processes (PLM, ITIL)
• IT/Computer Science Academic qualification
• Good interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with business managers and users.
• Organisational, planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in business and technical English (Spanish and/or Chinese advantageous)
• High levels of enthusiasm and energy and works well in a multi-cultural team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Lead project teams in the analysis, design, implementation and development of information systems.
•
Support the initiation process for new project requests including analysis of possible solutions, resource, cost and schedule planning.
•
Develop requests for proposals (RFP’s) for external services.
•
Twice monthly reporting on the status of all EMEA pipeline and active projects including risk assessments.
•
Liaise with business owners to ensure effective communications and translation of technical requirements and/or applications of all systems across the organization.
•
Management of the relationship with relevant external consultants, network and equipment suppliers.
• Key Relationships / Interfaces to the following areas: Global IT team, EMEA Leadership team and EMEA HQ Support functions
Essential Skills / Experience
Proven track record of successful project management execution, including the project management of a minimum of one implementation life cycle of SAP. Prince 2 or PMI certification preferred.

Significant experience with SAP in at least two modules, preferably in the supply chain area (SAP SD or SAP MM).

Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence management and collaborate with others.

Strong problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives are required.

Excellent analytical ability
•
The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and customers simultaneously

Must be able to :

Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and interactions with other SAP modules, primarily Sales and Distribution (SD), and Logistics Management Systems (LMS).
• Perform configuration within the WM module. Work with the Supply Chain Solutions team to ensure modeling developed is aligned with the capability of the system and Global ERP goals.
• Ensure the Standard models comply with company’s optimization goals globally.
• Document the Internal and External process flows and standard operating instructions for business execution team.
• Ensure process models are being leveraged globally for all clients during on boarding process or redesign phase of existing business.
• Develop and action UAT testing plans
• Responsible for the completion of Business Operations team training of ERP system and SOPs to align with the deployment handbook.
• Act as a liaison between IT and Business organizations throughout the entire project implementation life cycle (Blue printing through Business hand offs).
• Act as supply chain functional owner on core project team charged with onboarding of new business; serve as key liaison to the overall onboarding project manager
• Participate in implementation of process model design and redesign projects.
• Train other Global Supply Chain Solutions team members on SAP process methodologies and tools.
• Conduct and participate in post implementation evaluations.
• Perform “learning after doing” exercise to achieve continuous improvement with both models and implementation activities
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 year solid planning and/or material management and/or business management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SAP ASAP methodology.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of SAP cross functional modules (Production Planning, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, and Financial and Costing).
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects, including the management of related policies, procedures and systems.
• Must have tact, judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
