Description: My client is looking for an Italian IT Service Support Analyst. The role is to work directly with a US Corporate multi-national organisation who support their own internal staff. Please note: These roles are not with HP or IBM etc in case you already work there. This is a great opportunity for an Italian Speaking candidate with a technical background to work for a client directly.
- Graduate 0-1 years experience with fluent in the languages required: 25k per annum plus benefits
- 1-2 years years experience with fluent in the languages required: 28-30k per annum plus benefits
- 2-4 years experience with fluent in the languages required: 30k plus per annum plus benefits

Specific Role & Responsibilities
The Service Centre Analyst will be expected to:

•Respond to users requests for information and assist in problem resolution.
•Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems.
•Continual follow up with site support teams and co-workers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
•Develop in depth knowledge of IT support tools for monitoring and reporting.
•Represent IT Service Center to project teams for assistance in determining impact of related projects.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business) OR equivalent related work experience.
•Minimum of one year of experience in Information Technology.
•Minimum of one year of experience supporting MS Operating Systems and products (2000, XP).
•Native Italian with fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Work experience in a technical call center / help desk.
•A+ certified.
