Description: Systems Administrator with Linux and Windows experience required for Telecoms Company based in South Co Dublin.

The role will involve:
Managing, maintaining and improving the company's infrastructure including:
General corporate systems
Core Engineering systems
Dublin and Milpitas office networks
Company VPN
Interacting with the company's Engineering department to discover its IT needs, discuss potential solution and implement agreed solutions
Managing company backup strategy
Working with external suppliers in support of outsourced IT projects
Installation of new hardware and software in support of company IT needs
General day to day support of desktop PCs and laptops.
Applicants should have:
Minimum of 3 yrs experience in Systems Administration on Linux and Windows environments
Strong understanding of Linux systems (particularly RedHat/CentOS/Fedora)
Excellent IP networking skills
Experience in Firewalls, VPNs and DNS a must
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be self motivated and a team player
Familiarity with virtualization environments and running systems in virtual machines
A willingness to travel (infrequently) to the company's office in Milpitas, California, USA
Familiarity with identifying, installing, configuring and maintaining XAMPP and LAMP based opensource tools e.g. mediawiki, bugzilla would be an advantage.
Familiarity with the subversion revision control system would be an advantage

Our client is a leading US Multi-national and they are looking for a Genesys Support Specialist to work in their Warsaw office. You must be able to speak English and Polish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to Business teams using Genesys applications like CCPulse, WFM, CME etc.
Assist in optimization of reporting, routing and WFM functionality to meet the business needs of Call Center.
Analyze and correct system errors to maintain and enhance system performance.
Design and implement system changes to reduce impact of service interruption.
Work closely with teams on other sites to optimize multi-site environment.
Providing timely and accurate recommendations to improve system stability or provide additional functionality.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Possess Genesys certifications GCP-CIV (Consultant Inbound Voice ) and/or GCP-DIV (Developer Inbound Voice)
At least 3 years experience working with Genesys version 7.x or 8.x in a multi-site call centre environment.
Fully proficient with Genesys GUI applications, CME, SCI, IRD, DMA.
Ability to interpret existing routing strategies and develop new ones as required.
Experienced with historical reporting (CCA or Infomart), and real-time using CC Pulse.
Experience of working with business units to assess routing, reporting requirements, and possess an ability to map business to technical requirements.
Ability to multi-task with inter-departmental/multi-site projects.
Experience of performing application upgrades and applying Hot Fixes in a production environment.
Exposure to Genesys multi-media (email/chat) would be advantageous.
Strong process and architecture documentation skills using Visio and MS Word.
Database skills and an ability to construct SQL queries would be a plus.
PBX configuration skills, preferably Avaya Blue (Nortel).
Qualification
3rd level qualification desirable but can be substituted with relevant experience. Genesys Certification, preferably GCP-CIV7.

This role provides the opportunity to specify and implement complex functional, system & performance test scenarios that emulate real world usage scenarios across multi-service IP networks. It will also provide substantial experience of IP testing in the Cloud, focusing on a variety of hypervisor environments including VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V and Xen.
Description of Role:
Generate Test Specifications from customer requirements and Engineering specifications
Work as part of a team delivering new functionality within the product with focus on the testing requirements of such new functionality
Execute regression, integration, system and performance tests according to the test specification. Analyze and report on results obtained
Configure test beds in support of new functionality and improvements to existing test environments
Interact with Engineering and Support teams to create and maintain a quality product
Requirements:
At least two years experience of testing Client/Server based applications
Full QA Lifecycle knowledge
Methodical and analytical approach to testing with attention to detail a must
Familiarity with Network and Telecom Protocols is required
Experience with virtualization technologies is a distinct advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with Linux & Windows is an advantage
Self-motivated driven performer with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
