Description: My Dublin based client currently requires an experienced QA Team Lead to join their existing team in a permanent role.

QA Team Lead Job Description:
• Developing and agreeing test plans with professional services and development teams.
• Writing test cases in Quality Centre, which support the test plan and identify specifically what is being tested.
• Carrying out tests as specified in the test case documentation and documenting the test results.
• Logging issues on Quality Centre, reporting the issue to the developers and following it up to ensure that corrective action is taken.
• Re-testing bugs to confirm that they have been corrected.
• Reporting issues to management where these could have an impact on a major deadline.
• Gaining knowledge of the credit card acquiring business and a competence with OmniPay systems to enable the support of other groups within the organisation.
• Interaction with other team members and management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
• Adhere to and contribute to OmniPay processes and procedures.

Exams Business Analyst Role/Responsibilities:
• Quality focused with attention to detail.
• Good standard of communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to schedule tasks to manage time and priorities.
• Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment to delivery.
• Knowledge of credit card acquiring business desirable.

Desirable Skills for the role:
• 4+ years software testing experience throughout all phases of a software testing cycle.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer/Electrical/ Software Engineering or comparable fields • Certification in ISTQB or ISEB desirable.

• Understand and evaluate business requirements
• Define, analyse and document requirements and achieve business sign off of change required
• Ensure full end to end testing (software & business user case) has been completed before each release with business sign off achieved
• Logging issues on an issue tracking system, reporting issues to the developers and following it up to ensure that corrective action is taken
• Maintain training material and documentation
• Provide technical support to business users - troubleshooting and providing fixes where required
• Understand Customers objectives, processes & products in order to make educated recommendations and improvements
• Communicating and building relationships with clients and internal, external service providers
• Assisting with development of workflows, reports and extracts
• Some programming may be required

Job Description
Working with our business partners/clients in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and functional requirements, the BA will be involved in the design and implementation of full life cycle system solutions in support of the defined requirements. T
he role will support presales activity including tender responses, demonstrations and customer presentations. Training will be given on the Product Framework and they will work closely with our clients to shape their requirements to match.

Responsibilities
• Accountability for the delivery of analysis, tenders/proposals
• Assist internal and external business partners/clients and IT personnel to define and refined business requirements and support operational processes
• Document system functions to support development activity and operational processes
• Create documentation for projects to include specifications, test plans, training materials etc.
• Analyse information and work flows to identify optimal business practices
• Document requirements, procedures and practices in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner
• Work with project teams and customers when appropriate on business processes to achieve an overall consensus on the best solution
• Own and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in quality improvements initiatives as required.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years business analysis experience in the banking / financial services industry
• Working knowledge of SQL a strong advantage
• Financial regulatory experience a plus
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
• Strong Vendor Management experience

The Software Developer in Test (Test Automation Engineer) will be responsible for ensuring that our software projects conform to quality requirements and meet performance standards. You will write test cases and plan, design, develop and maintain automation tools to identify problems before they become problems. This role is suited to a software developer who has a real passion for software testing. The client will look at a contractor (Daily rate)or permanent person for this role as they need someone quickly.

The candidate should possess:
• A minimum of 3 years’ working as a software test engineer designing and developing automated tests using VB / C#
• Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework
• Experience testing thick client and web applications, API, and Web Services
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server - run queries, read stored procedures and troubleshoot problems
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to meet project testing goals
• Initiative to learn new skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (including fluent English)
• A keen interest in technology
• Third level qualification in Computer Science / Engineering or a related discipline

Desirable skills:
• Experience with Fitnesse
• Experience in performance testing

This role will suit a graduate developer who has used SWING/ GUI in Projects or work experience and has an enthusiasm for software development and emerging technologies.
• Full participation in the development life cycle for new features, from specification writing, to design, implementation and testing, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Working with peers and senior developers to deliver improvements to the core product and to integrate new technologies where appropriate.

Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience of software development in Java
• An excellent understanding of Swing, with relevant experience ideally
• Experience working in the full development lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Ant, Maven, Subversion, Netbeans
• Good verbal & written communication skills with proven analytic and problem solving abilities
• Be self motivated, creative, and a team player
• Experience in JEE environments utilising Spring, Hibernate, Web Services a distinct advantage
• Honours Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Java Sun Certification would be an advantage
