Key Qualifications
1. Manage a team of user experience analysts and designers
2. Work as part of a senior team to drive the design of appealing and compelling user experiences across programmes.
3. Liaise with users and other stakeholders to understand the user journey, motivations and vulnerabilities of users of our products.
4. Contribute to the design of apps and services that engage users
5. Networking with external experts to stay on the cutting edge of what's new in technology and user experience, identifying opportunities to and experimenting with applying new technologies and interaction patterns to customer problems.
6. Own the user experience design for programmes and product development
Key Qualifications
1. degree in visual or graphic design, interaction design, or related field equivalent professional experience
2. 8+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role, with 3+ years at a senior level managing others
3. Experience leading and managing a team of UX and Visual designers
4. Experience leading and delivering full life cycle design projects, from design strategy through execution
5. A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centred design solutions across multiple interfaces and screen sizes
6. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
7. Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
8. Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
9. Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web and web based devices

This is a new role, reporting to the CTO, to lead a variety of product lines. The successful applicant will be chiefly responsible for leading a range of product lines encompassing product development, in life performance, roadmap and innovation both existing and future for across all territories.
Role:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for specifying market requirements for current and future enterprise IT products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and internal colleagues. JOB DESCRIPTION

Act as product owner for assigned product(s) in the sprint process

Permanent Role - Dublin City Centre

The UX designer will work as part of the Product Management team and will be responsible for helping us understand how our customers do their jobs and how our product can best enable them.

The UX designer should know how to ask the right questions that get to the heart of what customers want, and empathise with their goals and needs.

Working closely with the UX Designer, their work will involve leading the user research we need for product development.

Responsibilities:

• Perform usability tests to see how current users interact with the product
• Run investigative user studies and interviews
• Undertake heuristic and expert audits of the product
• Shadow users during their normal work activities to see how they interact with the product
• Document customer journeys and other deliverables that will support the design and development of the product
• Act as the user’s voice during product design sessions
• Record and present user research findings to key stakeholders across the business

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years' experience as a UX designer
• Portfolio of successful UX research
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel to visit some client sites if / when necessary
