I. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The ESB Middleware Administrator is responsible for deplying and supporting middleware applications using Tibco and IBM WebSphere MQ/application server products. The ideal candidate will have seven or more years of experience with middleware administration in a financial services organizations.

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS:
This position reports to the Manager of WebSphere Administration.

III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Deploy, Administer, Support and maintain middleware applications to enable communication between financial applications on diverse platforms with varying interfaces.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance and configuration of Tibco, IBM WebSphere MQSeries , Websphere Message Broker, and J2EE Application Server technologies.
• Assess and identify appropriate changes and make recommendations for implementation.
• Perform Tibco ESB system administration,troubleshooting, monitoring, problem resolution, system security and change implementation.
• Work individually or in a team on various system projects related to UNIX, Linux, Windows and Application support.
• Plan, prepare and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades to Webshere software.
• Assist application support team with high level problem program debugging through heap and thread dump analysis.
• Provide system support including off shift on call support as and when required. Increase staff skill levels by cross training.

IV. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• 5+ years TibcoESB, Tibco BPM, Tibco Hawk, Tibco IBM WebSphere Message Broker, Message Queing, Application Server, Enterprise Content Manager and Tomcat
• 5+ years’ experience of the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Java and JMS a plus.
• Should have strong UNIX/Linux operating system administration experience
• Certification / Training in Tibco Suite a plus.
• Experience with installation, configuration and administration of Tibco Enterprise Service Bus mandatory.
• Able to setup security for WebShere MQ queues and other objects for data access and for administration using role based security.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must have quality team building skills, positive attitude, detail oriented, self motivated and strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities that continually change.
• On call or remote support through regular rotation.

Reporting to the Market Analyst, we are seeking a proactive and commercially-aware web analytics specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development, audit and optimisation of current Google Analytics assets for the organisation. Working with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, you will develop regular and ad-hoc reports, summarize and present findings to Key Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:
• Setting up and optimising Google Analytics properties and views in line with current product structure
• Advanced reporting and attribution model set-up
• Set-up of advanced goals, advanced filters for multi-subdomain / multi-site enterprise level account
• Analyse landing-page, funnel and exit page metrics and optimise / correct any on-page factors to improve end-user experience
• Ensure analytics information to management is accurate and dependable
• Investigate discrepancies in analytics data and take action to rectify if necessary in conjunction with the IT/Digital/Ecommerce teams
• Work with the marketing team to support analytics goals and deliverables
• Work with the Digital /SEO/content team on potential improvements to the digital strategy based on analytics data
• In conjunction with the Paid Advertising Specialist ensure the continuity and integration of Analytics/AdWords data with a high level of accuracy
• Keep up-to-date with current industry practices and new technologies
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly dashboard reports and campaign analysis for key markets
• Also working with other MIS systems to produce regular reports

Essential Criteria:
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Significant work experience (agency and/or client-side) using Google Analytics web analytics tools, developing tagging requirements, and presenting findings
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Web analytics products e.g. Hit Wise, including a strong understanding of how to create, test and debug tags
• Success in conducting “forensic” analysis (to quickly identify and eliminate data-quality issues)
• Proficiency in developing custom reports, advanced segments, configuring website analytics platforms, and providing interpretation and presentation of findings

Key Competencies/Skills Required:
• Aptitude for numerical data with strong quantitative analysis skills, attention to detail and ability to quickly identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• MS Access competency an advantage but not a key requirement

Salary on offer for this role is circa €40k plus 10% bonus plus 25 days annual Leave.

I. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Assurance Performance Engineer will support testing activities for projects covering application changes across a number of products and platforms. Responsibilities will include assisting with test design, and performing test execution for designated projects, together with support for our continuous process improvement activities and liaising with business colleagues, technical architects, analysts, vendors, and development teams in a fast moving, global working environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS:
This position reports to the Global QA Associate Director and is a key position within the Quality Assurance Management Team.

III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Ability and expertise to identify performance issues within J2EE architecture Load Balancers, Weblogic, Database (Oracle), Operating System (Windows, UNIX), Network, Software (JAVA) and Hardware.
• Hands-on experience in building enterprise level performance test suites.
• Excellent ability to partner with Architects, Developers, Systems Engineers and Database Administrators to collaboratively tune systems.
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience with performance testing tools such as HP Performance Center (LoadRunner) including open source tools.
• Expert ability to dissect large amounts of data and identify potential issues across releases.
• Excellent skills in summarizing large amount of metrics into meaningful graphs and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Web Service, XML technologies (SOAP, WSDL, XML).
• Experience with Oracle SQL.
• Solid programming skills in JAVA and SQL.
• Extensive JAVA and SQL performance tuning experience (e.g. garbage collection, heap management, JVM Configuration, query optimization etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and constant communication to senior management/ stakeholders.

IV. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• This position requires excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
• 6+ years of performance engineering experience; developing software benchmarks, benchmark testing, performance analysis and tuning, performance testing and programming experience ( Java EE, Web Services Technologies, SOAP and/or REST)
• Strong experience with application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic) and database technologies (Oracle and SQL Server)
• Strong experience in UI/Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, Ajax, Adobe Flash/Flex, Dojo)
• Strong knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Strong experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile)
